Healthy combo and great flavor!
What nice body from the bok choy and meatiness from the mushrooms. I’ll definitely be giving this a try with some shitakke =)
Yeah, try it with Shitakke, you will love it. I had been using only shitakke for this soup all these days. Adding white mushrooms is just a twist to my recipe here 🙂
Warming and delicious 😀
Cheers

I love this kind of soup…and though I’m not a huge tofu fan, I do enjoy it in soup 🙂
With this crazy weather this soup is just perfect…looks delicious Deepti.
Hope you are having a great week 🙂
Bok Choy is may favorite green vegetable … I think I’d use the dried Shiitake here. They pack SO much flavor!
Go for it! I have used it and gives a very nice flavor to the soup …..
